  • Authenticity:

      The Arts Link Agency will send the certificate of authenticity along with the artwork you purchased. Both the artwork and the certificate will be signed by the artist.

  • Who owns the copyright of the artwork I purchased? 

     The Artist who created the work.

  • Will the artwork inspired products devalue the artwork itself?

     No. in fact, Being popular in the mass market will boost the value of the artist and the particular artwork. After all only you won the original pieces.

  • About Framing

    • All artwork arrives ready-to-display. Typically, paintings on canvas, sculptures, and installation works are unframed. You can find out if your art is framed on the artwork page.

    • For framed works, prices listed include archival-quality custom framing.

    • The sizes listed are the framed dimensions and are approximations. Final framed dimensions may vary by up to 2” on the width or the height.

    • If the space where your artwork will be placed requires a very specific size, let us know when you are placing your order. If you have special framing requests, click “View Cart” on the bottom of the website and enter your notes into the “add a  note” area. We’ll do our best to accommodate.

Ordering

  • Place an order

     To place an order online, add artworks to your cart and proceed to checkout. During checkout, you will have the chance to select your billing and shipping preferences, as well      as include any special notes (such as if your purchase is a gift)

  • Valid Payment Methods: 

    • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. 

    • You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment has been received.

    • ALl charges are in USD.

  • Taxation:

     We will add applicable sales tax, which is calculated for each shipping address and also applies to shipping and handling charges.

  • Canceling an order:

     Once orders are placed, they are processed almost immediately. If you have made an error in placing your order or need to cancel your order, we suggest sending an email to        info@artslink.agency

  • Using a Promotion Code

    • Add your items to your shopping bag and proceed to the Shopping Cart page

    • On the left-hand bottom, you’ll see “Enter a Promotion Code” Just click it, type in the code and hit “Apply.”

    • Your promotion code will be automatically applied to your order and will be reflected in your order total.

    • Only one promotion code can be used per order.

    • Promotion codes cannot be applied to previous purchases and some product exclusions apply.

    • We are not responsible for typographical errors.

  • Gift Message

    • A personal free gift message can be included with any order at no charge. 

    • One gift message can be sent to each address in your order.

However, from time to time there may be information on our web site or in our e-mail communications that contains typographical errors, factual inaccuracies, omissions, or inadvertent technical issues that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other characteristics.

    • Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price, item availability, or in any way affects your individual order.

    • Arts Link.Agency reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Shipping & Returns

  • How is shipping calculated?

    Shipping rates depend on packed artwork dimensions, distance, and artwork value. We will email you a custom quote following checkout. 

  • How long does framing & shipping take?

    Artwork arrives approximately 2-3 weeks after your order is confirmed.

  • Do you accept returns?

    All artwork sales are final.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

    While occasional damage by FedEx, USPS, and art handlers in transit is out of our control, we are happy to work with you to resolve these issues if damage does occur.
