  • Place an order: To place an order online, add artwork or products to your cart and proceed to checkout. During checkout, you will have the chance to select your billing and shipping preferences, as well as include any special notes (such as if your purchase is a gift).

  • Valid Payment Methods: 

    • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. 

    • You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment has been received.

    • ALl charges are in USD.

  • Taxation: We will add applicable sales tax, which is calculated for each shipping address and also applies to shipping and handling charges.

  • Canceling an order: Once orders are placed, they are processed almost immediately. If you have made an error in placing your order or need to cancel your order, we suggest sending an email to

  • Using a Promotion Code

    • Add your items to your shopping bag and proceed to the Shopping Cart page

    • On the left-hand bottom, you’ll see “Enter a Promotion Code” Just click it, type in the code and hit “Apply.”

    • Your promotion code will be automatically applied to your order and will be reflected in your order total.

    • Only one promotion code can be used per order.

    • Promotion codes cannot be applied to previous purchases and some product exclusions apply.

    • We are not responsible for typographical errors.

  • Gift Message

    • A personal free gift message can be included with any order at no charge. 

    • One gift message can be sent to each address in your order.

  • Return and Exchange Information:

    • You will be liable for reshipment costs.

    • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

    • Include the completed return form and return the package via insured ground service. 

    • The item returned must be in its original product packaging in salable condition and mailed in an appropriate size shipping box.
